You can phone and book an initial meeting . There is no charge for this meeting. It is opportunity to explain why you are considering psychotherapy or counselling at this point in your life. If after the first meeting you wish to go ahead with therapy or counselling we can arrange a time and agree the cost of the sessions.
Cost. I operate a sliding scale £30 - £45 each session.
